Robert returns to Loop for a three-week residency starting on the 6th November.

Since his last pop-up at Loop in January, Robert has gone on to hold longer residencies at places like Godet and Jazu, refining his menus around the seasons and building on his flavour-driven approach.

Born in Burma and raised in Thailand, Robert’s cooking draws from the flavours of Southeast Asia while reflecting the precision and technique of the Michelin-starred kitchens he trained in. His dishes are built around bold sauces and the balance of sweet, sour, and umami. For this return to Loop, expect the revival of favourites like prawn dumplings with mussel mohinga and balachaung, alongside new dishes such as monkfish with delica pumpkin and crispy brown shrimp. Running Thursday to Saturday for three weeks only from 6th November.
