Palm Greens was co-founded by Kali and Memby Jago, united by their love of bold global flavours and creating memorable, community focused dining experiences.

Kali trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, where she fell in love with the creativity of plant-based cooking. Influenced by New York’s vibrant food scene, her Greek Cypriot Australian heritage, and a love of travel, Kali’s dishes put plants centre stage with big, bold flavours.

Memby, born in Indonesia and raised in Singapore and the UK, shares Kali’s passion for exciting, globally-inspired cuisine and fostering a sense of community and connection through food.

Driven by the belief that plant-based food should be exciting, accessible, and full of personality, Palm Greens offers dishes that are as good for you and the planet as they are delicious. Following a sold-out dinner at Fortnum & Mason, they’ll bring their energetic cuisine through seasonal sharing plates The Loop this January.
